At MI CUMBIA, we are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To maintain this level of service, we kindly ask that you review our updated payment, rescheduling, and cancellation policies.
Late Arrival Policy:
Arrive 5-10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but your service may need to be shortened, without a refund to the shorter service.
Arrive 10-15 minutes late, your appointment could be unable to provide service, without a refund.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:
Definition of Rescheduling or Cancellation:
At MI CUMBIA, rescheduling or canceling includes the removal of one or more services, shortening the duration, shifting the appointment to a different day or time, or a complete reschedule or cancellation of the booking. To avoid any charges, changes must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within less than 24 hours will incur cancellation charges.Individual Appointments:
24-12 hours before the appointment: 20% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
12-6 hours before the appointment: 40% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
6-2 hours before the appointment: 80% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
2-0 hours before the appointment: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Non-show: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Group Booking Cancellation or Modifications (3 or More People):
Total Group Cancellation (3 or more people):
48-24 hours before the appointment: Deposit of 20% is retained as a charge.
Individual or Service Cancellation within a Group (3 or more people):
24-12 hours before the appointment: 20% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
12-6 hours before the appointment: 40% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
6-2 hours before the appointment: 80% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
2-0 hours before the appointment: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Non-show: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Payment, Credit Card Information, and Security:
A valid credit card is required on file to secure appointments and for automatic payments. Your card will be charged 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time.
Groups have a 20% deposit charge at booking by one person and services charged individually 24 hours prior to your groups scheduled service time.
If payment cannot be processed the day before your service, we will contact you to update your payment method. Failure to provide an updated payment may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
We prioritize the security of your personal and payment information. All credit card details are stored securely using industry-standard encryption, and we comply with all Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to protect your financial data.
Your information will not be shared with any third parties, and it will only be used for payment processing related to your spa services.
