IMPORTANT
ENSURE TIMELY ARRIVAL: 10-15 Minutes Early: . As the group host, it’s critical to that you plan on arriving at Mi Cumbia early, while accounting for factors such as parking and walking time to ensure punctual arrival. Services might needed to be canceled for late arrivals. Thank you for you understanding.
NO GEL REMOVAL: All gel polish must be removed before you arrive at Mi Cumbia. As the group leader, kindly remind each member of this crucial detail to ensure a smooth experience.
DETAILS
A la carte: Services are available à la carte, allowing each individual to choose any combination of treatments, but each person must have at least one service to attend.
Hosting Fee (4 to 12 Guests $25 per 30mins): $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes of time based on the length of the scheduled party, from start time to end time. This assures the manicura / pedicura rooms during your reservation; Excluding clients entering for waxing services. Plus, an assistant or two during your services.
BOOKING / DEPOSIT
Deposit: A 20% refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation by the group host.
Payment days prior (Group or Individual): A process automatically to the card of each person attending the day prior to the appointments or one single person..
Gratuity: 20% gratuity is added to the total for each service and automatically processed day of hosting.
Cancelation ‘GROUP’ policy: Deposit refunds are provided if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled hosting.
The party is officially booked once we receive the full deposit and a list of names with their selected services.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Late Arrival: If your party arrives late for the scheduled event, management will determine if all requested services can still be accommodated based on availability. All services can not be guaranteed if late arrival.
Departure: The party must complete check-out within approximately 15 minutes after the last guest's nails have dried (from the end of the final service).
BYOB & CATERING
Drinks / Food: You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks to eat during your hosting.

48-24 hours before the appointment: Deposit of 20% is retained as a charge.
Individual or Service Cancellation within a Group (3 or more people):
24-12 hours before the appointment: 20% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
12-6 hours before the appointment: 40% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
6-2 hours before the appointment: 80% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
2-0 hours before the appointment: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Non-show: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
